About The Role
Make a difference in epilepsy research and patient care! Join the Australian Epilepsy Project (AEP) and help transform lives through cutting-edge clinical research. We’re looking for a Clinical Coordinator who thrives on building relationships, managing complex processes, and ensuring participants have an exceptional experience throughout their journey.


What You'll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for participants – guide them through screening, consent, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate MRI bookings across multiple states.
  • Manage participant data in REDCap and keep everything accurate and up to date.
  • Conduct interviews, distribute questionnaires, and maintain engagement over a 24-month follow-up.
  • Liaise with healthcare providers and support neuropsychological assessments.
  • Work closely with a passionate team committed to innovation and inclusivity.


What We're Looking For

  • Essential: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Desirable: Experience in epilepsy care or research, health sciences background, ICH-GCP certification, and familiarity with REDCap.
  • You’re personable, organised, and able to work independently as well as in a multidisciplinary team.
